They are best known for their military-theme franchises, including the hugely popular World of Tanks and World of Warships. ### **The Mission** The challenge of filling a truly niche hybrid role; a Senior Game Designer for specific EU sites. Their existing talent teams needed that extra bandwidth to give this vacancy extra TLC. ### Client Wargaming [https://wargaming.com/](https://wargaming.com/) ## About The Project Partnering directly with Wargaming's talent team, I tackled the complex, niche search for a Senior Game Designer across three key international hubs (Prague, Lithuania, and Cyprus). 1 Challenge Working directly within Wargaming's existing talent team, I took on the challenge of a truly niche role; a Senior Game Designer for a couple of unannounced AAA titles. The added complexity of needing a hybrid candidate for Prague, Lithuania, or Cyprus meant traditional recruitment approaches weren't cutting it. 2 Solution By embedding with the hiring managers and working shoulder to shoulder with their existing talent teams, I found the perfect candidate who was not only a technical fit but aligned with their vision. Through this direct partnership model, I saved them over 8K+ in traditional recruitment fees, proving that my strategic embedded talent acquisition approach delivers both results and value. 3 Results #### **HIGHLIGHTS:** ****8k+ In Savings Cost Reduction Comparison vs Agency Top-Tier Hire Senior Game Designer Partnership Responsive & Embedded Support "It has been a pleasure collaborating with Hannah Wright on one of our challenging roles.
