About The Project

Partnering directly with Wargaming's talent team, I tackled the complex, niche search for a Senior Game Designer across three key international hubs (Prague, Lithuania, and Cyprus).

Working directly within Wargaming's existing talent team, I took on the challenge of a truly niche role; a Senior Game Designer for a couple of unannounced AAA titles. The added complexity of needing a hybrid candidate for Prague, Lithuania, or Cyprus meant traditional recruitment approaches weren't cutting it.
