My Story
Fuelling success stories and watching people thrive has always been one of my greatest joys.

I've seen both sides of hiring, as a traditional recruiter and as an internal talent and people partner. I’ve witnessed the frustrations that come from misaligned hiring: the “spray and pray” approach, mismatched skillsets, and wasted time and resources on all sides.

That’s why I built Just Wright, to do things differently.

Since the launch early 2025, I’ve had the privilege of supporting studios through every stage of development, from early concept to AAA production.
